1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Discount Cruise Fare, concerning your access to and use of this website as well as any booking services provided by our agency representatives.
2. Independent Agency Service
Discount Cruise Fareis an independent travel agency specializing in cruise vacation planning and bookings. We are not owned by, directly affiliated with, or acting as direct corporate entities of any cruise line. We serve as a booking facilitator between you and the respective cruise line carrier. All bookings are subject to the carrier's own contracts, rules, and conditions.
3. Rates, Pricing, and Quotes
Prices quoted by our agents or shown on this website are in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice based on cabin availability, seasonality, and cruise line adjustments. Online rates may differ from rates obtained via our call center due to private, agency-specific discounts, group bookings, or unlisted rates. Your booking price is only guaranteed once a deposit has been successfully processed and confirmed by the cruise line.
4. Payments and Deposits
All deposits and final payments must be made within the deadlines set by the cruise line. Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking by the cruise line, and potential forfeiture of deposits. Payments are secured and processed using standard encrypted systems.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they possess a valid passport (usually with at least 6 months validity from return date) and obtain any necessary tourist visas, health vaccinations, or travel documentation required for the cruise itinerary. We are not liable for boarding denials due to improper documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
We act solely as an agent for the cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transport companies. We do not own, control, or operate these entities and are not liable for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident, or irregularity resulting from any act, error, omission, or insolvency of any third-party provider.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and your booking contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
